1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using TechAeros ("the Platform", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Platform. These terms apply to all visitors, buyers, sellers, and other users of the Platform.

2. The Platform

TechAeros is a digital marketplace for game development assets including 3D models, audio files, graphics, visual effects, animations, and related content — with a primary focus on the Roblox development community. The Platform facilitates transactions between independent sellers and buyers. TechAeros is not the creator of third-party content and is not responsible for assets uploaded by sellers.

3. User Accounts

You must create an account to buy or sell on TechAeros. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when registering. Accounts are for individual use only and may not be shared or transferred.

4. Buying & Digital Goods

All sales on TechAeros are for digital goods delivered electronically. Because digital files can be downloaded immediately upon purchase, all sales are final — we do not offer refunds for purchases where the file has been downloaded or accessed. If you have a genuine issue with a purchase (e.g. a file that does not match its description), please contact us at support@techaeros.com.

5. Seller Responsibilities

Sellers are solely responsible for the content they upload, including ensuring they hold the rights to sell it. By listing a product, you confirm that you own the content or have the necessary rights and licenses to sell it, that it does not infringe any third-party intellectual property, and that it complies with Roblox's Terms of Use where applicable. TechAeros reserves the right to remove any listing at its sole discretion and to suspend or terminate accounts found in violation of these terms.

6. Prohibited Content

You may not upload, sell, or distribute content that is unlawful, infringing, defamatory, obscene, or harmful to minors; assets ripped or extracted from other games without permission; content designed to harm, exploit, or deceive; malicious code or scripts; or content that violates Roblox's Community Standards.

7. Payments & Fees

Payments are processed securely through PayPal. TechAeros retains a platform fee on each sale; the remaining amount is paid to the seller. Fees are subject to change with reasonable notice. TechAeros is not responsible for any fees charged by PayPal or your bank in connection with a transaction.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform (excluding user-uploaded assets) — including the TechAeros name, logo, design, and code — is the intellectual property of TechAeros and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without our prior written consent. Purchased assets are subject to the license terms described on our License page.

9. Roblox Verification

TechAeros offers an optional Roblox account verification feature. Linking your Roblox account is voluntary. Each Roblox account may only be linked to one TechAeros account. A record of all link and unlink events is retained for security purposes.

10. Limitation of Liability

TechAeros is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, TechAeros shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the Platform, including loss of profits, loss of data, or business interruption.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or for any other reason at our sole discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of material changes.
